World's Largest Spitting Cobra Discovered

A new snake species found in Africe is also the the world's largest spitting cobra, according to WildlifeDirect. This aggressive and extremely venomous snake specie can grow to more than 9 feet (274 centimeters) long. Commonly known as Ashe's spitting cobra, the new species is named after the late James Ashe, the founder of the Bio-Ken Snake Farm research center in Watamu, Kenya. Link
