At just 2 feet and 5 inches, He Pingping is the world's smallest enable man. He was recognized by the Guinness World record and is included in the record book's 2009 edition. He defeated Lin Yü-chih who holds the title previously.
This Chinese little man who is native of China's Inner Mongolia is now a big celebrity and has become an internet icon because of his size.
