At 6 feet and 5 inches tall Svetlana Pankratova is the woman with the world's longest legs. Her legs is staggering 4 feet and 4 inches, which means her body and head is only 2 feet and 1 inch combined.Svetlana lives in Volgograd, Russia and is only 37 years old. She was recognized by the Guinness World records and is included in the 2008 edition of the record book.
