Indian Aditya 'Romeo' Dev, World's Smallest Bodybuilder at 33 inches and 9.25kg

At 33 inches tall and weighing 9.25kg, Aditya 'Romeo' Dev of Phagwara, India, is considered the world's smallest bodybuilder.
LinkDev, 19, who is excellent, stands just 33 inches tall - but weighs an impressive 9.25kg (just under 1.5 stone), and has a chest measurement of 20 inches.
'Romeo' trains at the Leo Health Club in Phagwara, India, where his trainer is club owner Ranjit Pal (also known as 'Mr Punjab'). Pal is reputed to be the fastest skipper in India, which is a fairly brilliant claim in itself.
