Lin Yü-chih, World's Shortest Man at 2 ft 3 in

At 2 feet and 3 inches, Lin Yü-chih is considered the world's shortest living man by the Guinness World Records. He resides in Taipei, Taiwan, where he works as an author and social activist. His condition is a result of a disease called osteogenesis imperfecta. Link
